Every business page on CostaSecret shows how many people are available for a ChatReview, even before you sign in.
Ask a real visitor
Sign in free, pick someone from the list and ask what you want to know: how busy it was, whether it suits kids, what to order.
Been somewhere? Be askable
Tap "I have been here, ask me" on a business you know. You decide which businesses are on your list and you can leave any time.

Questions
- Does it cost anything?
- No. ChatReview is free for visitors and for the people answering. You only need a free CostaSecret account.
- Do reviewers get paid by the business?
- No. Chat reviewers are regular visitors who opted in. Businesses cannot pay to be answered nicely, and we remove accounts that abuse the system.
- Is my contact information shared?
- No. Chats run inside CostaSecret. The other person only sees your display name.
- Can I stop being a chat reviewer?
- Any time. Remove a business from your list and you will not be asked about it again.
